As in the past, the Conference will establish a main committee to consider and report on the substantive items of the Conference, in particular the draft negotiating text. The opening plenary of the Committee of the Whole will take place on Monday afternoon, 21 April 2008 and the closing plenary will take place on Friday afternoon, 25 April 2008. The opening and closing plenaries will be public meetings.
