The objectives of this event are to:
- Identify general trends in trade and investment between developing countries and countries with economies in transition.
- Explore the structure and geographical distribution of trade flows, as well as market access conditions.
- Look at emerging structure and geographical distribution of investment flows between the two groups of countries.
- Formulate main questions to be addressed in terms of opportunities and challenges.
- Suggest the way forward.
